Hannah Levengood explores the role of line and physical manipulation of paper as a medium to illustrate her experiences growing up as a queer woman in Appalachia. She challenges traditional gender roles as well as championing the female identity and the role it plays within a society that attempts to confine this identity to a domestic space.
